All you need:
Salad:
1/2 cup boiled penne pasta
1/2 cup boiled penne pasta
1 small cucumber diced in cubes
1/4 medium size beet root, small cubes
1 medium sized carrot cut length wise
1/2 medium size apple,cubed
Dressing:
2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp honey
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
How to prepare:
To Serve:
Toss the veggies, pasta in a Salad bowl & mix with dressing. Garnish with mint leaves.
Served Cold
1/2 medium size apple,cubed

- Keep boiled Pasta & cut veggies chilled till you want to serve.
- Mix all dressing ingredients together and store them cold
